Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Please note that minor variations in fabric, stitching, colour, or finishing that do not affect the functionality or quality of the product are not considered defects.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied.

As sizing information is provided on each product page, we do not offer refunds for incorrectly selected sizes. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before placing an order.

If you have made an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Order changes or cancellations may only be possible before the order has been processed or shipped.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Clear photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your claim is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Reversa Collective cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Inspection & Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
